Trauma, addiction, and occupational stress affect the entire family - not just the first responder. We recognize that these challenges impact spouses, partners, children, and loved ones. At Serenity Ranch, we believe lasting recovery includes restoring relationships, rebuilding trust, improving communication, and strengthening the family system. Through family education, therapy, and ongoing support, we help families heal together whenever clinically appropriate.
CONTINUUM OF CARE
Treatment May End. Support Does Not.
Our commitment to first responders continues long after residential treatment. When clinically appropriate, residents may transition to The Ultimate Wellness Program, our specialized Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), providing continued therapy, accountability, relapse prevention, and support while returning to work and everyday life.
Following completion of the IOP, graduates become part of the Serenity Ranch Alumni Community. Alumni are encouraged to remain connected through ongoing meetings, educational events, peer support, and recovery activities for as long as they wish to participate and the program is available.

Our goal is not only recovery from Alcohol Use Disorder and Substance Use Disorder, but also helping first responders safely return to healthy, productive careers whenever clinically appropriate through individualized planning and ongoing clinical support - including The Ultimate Wellness Program for aftercare, discharge planning, and ongoing recovery while returning to work.
